The main focus of this second-year assignment was to design a universally accessible bathroom
this was the first assignment that got me to use AutoCAD, it was an excelent assignment to learn the basics of the program
The flooring material is a 12" x 12" non-slip ceramic tile, the shower flooring is a 1" x 1" non-slip mosaic tile, and the walls have a 12" x 24" ceramic tile
the vanity is designed so that someone in a wheelchair can roll up close enough to the sink to use it comfortably, the shower and bathtub have foldaway seats for easy access, and there are grab bars located around the toilet, shower, and bathtub
